SUMMARY:The Spiritual Aspects of Eating Well
DESCRIPTION:What is good nutrition? This presentation will address in detail which foods\nto eat and which ones to avoid. Why these foods are either good or bad and\nwhat they do in the body to heal or harm will also be addressed. Providing a\nwonderful overview of nutrition while giving specifics on the reasons and\nresults of good (or poor) eating\, The knowledge in this presentation will\nequip the listener with the tools needed to make wise nutritional decisions. \n“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy\nSpirit\, who is in you\, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. 1 Corinthians 6:9. \nJoin Cornerstone Community Church and Guest Speaker\, Karen Hurd for a morning\nlearning about nutrition and the benefits you can receive from food. So many things\ncan be prevented through healthy eating. Karen is a graduate of the American\nAcademy of Nutrition (now called Huntington College of Health Sciences). She\nreceived her Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Saint Joseph in\nDecember 2017.
