Who We Are

The Cornerstone Prayer Ministry exists to help people to encounter God, who desires to speak to each person and hear every prayer. We believe God wants to encounter each person and draw them closer to Himself. One important way of hearing from God and encountering Him is through prayer.

The public face of the prayer ministry is evident on Sunday morning as Prayer Team members minister to individuals in the Prayer Room. However, the Prayer Team meets bi-weekly for prayer and intercession on behalf of Cornerstone and the Coulee Region. Prayer Team members also pray for individual prayer requests throughout as submitted on Sunday mornings and through Life Groups.

Prayer Room

The Prayer Room is located in the back of the auditorium and is available for everyone as a quiet place to pray. Prayer Team members are available every Sunday before services to pray for individual needs.

Corporate Fasting & Prayer

Everyone Monday at Cornerstone is dedicated to corporate prayer and fasting. The building is open during the lunch hour for individuals to come and pray and seek the Lord. We believe the fasted lifestyle is one that God calls us to and He alone give us the grace to fast. More information on fasting

Get Involved

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the prayer ministry for various levels of commitment. Individual prayer requests sent each week via email to prayer team members who pray throughout the week on their own. The prayer and intercession meetings are approximately two hours long and meets bi-weekly on Thursday evenings. Ministering to individuals in the prayer room on Sundays involves a once or twice per month commitment.
