What is good nutrition? This presentation will address in detail which foods
to eat and which ones to avoid. Why these foods are either good or bad and
what they do in the body to heal or harm will also be addressed. Providing a
wonderful overview of nutrition while giving specifics on the reasons and
results of good (or poor) eating, The knowledge in this presentation will
equip the listener with the tools needed to make wise nutritional decisions.

Join Cornerstone Community Church and Guest Speaker, Karen Hurd for a morning
learning about nutrition and the benefits you can receive from food. So many things
can be prevented through healthy eating. Karen is a graduate of the American
Academy of Nutrition (now called Huntington College of Health Sciences). She
received her Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Saint Joseph in
December 2017. Karen is currently prepping for her PhD program in Biochemistry.

Cost is $10 per person or $15 per couple.
